OETZTAL

Famous for the great ski resorts, Oetztal is also a fantastic destination for summer and fall. Hiking enthusiasts will find here a great nature scenery and a hiking paradise with about 1.300 km of hiking trails. A true dorado for alpinists are of course the Oetztaler Alps with over 250 3.000 m peaks. The highest mountain of the Tyrol, the Wildspitze, is also located in the Oetztal. The lake Piburg is one of the warmest bathing lakes of the Tyrol and a favourite place of excursions.

Timmelsjoch

the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road leads through valley across Hochgurgl on the Italian border, this road is in an altitude of 2509 meters, it connects Oetztal and Passeiertal (if you have vertigo this place is not for you)

Oetzidorf
